The first form sort of thing is an Expense form which I use for my unit's expenses. So when I go out and purchase things this is the form I fill out to get money back. If I buy badges off a website with my credit card then I just staple the receipt to the form, fill it out, and then eventually get a cheque once everything has been A-Ok'd. My second little thing today is a sign in sheet. I use these for my brownies and they have the basic information on them. The person dropping the brownie off is required to write the brownies name, who dropped her off, and their initial. When that brownie is being picked up the person writes who they are, and then initials that they have been picked up. We do send out in our emails that if someone other than the usual will be picking up their brownie they should let us know versus just writing it on the sheet. That way we can keep an eye out for the new people and not only introduce ourselves but also make a mental image just in case of a worst case scenario which we all hope never happens.
This one is also personalized to my unit but the one available for download has a spot for you to write in your unit's name and the corresponding date. It still has the toadstools in the corner but I can change it if you need me to =)
